I think it's most ironic that Bush - a person never put in harm's way - is shown in military gear, while Kerry - someone who won 3 Purple Hearts - is not.

This whole manufactured bs about him putting himself in mortal danger just so he could use it to political advantage decades down the line is so, so, so far removed from any kind of sense that I have a hard time treating it seriously.

At least he didn't sign up for a tour with a cushy squadron in the states, waste hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars in training, desert to work in a political campaign and then have his military records play a rousing game of hide and seek when called on it.
